First stop this morning:
Customer just didn’t plug the input line into the box. Rookie mistake. I correct it, he’s embarrassed. The wife pops around the corner, seeing that the TV is working.
“What!?! Did you just forget to plug it in?” She asked him, accusingly.
I quickly interject, “No, we had a server addressability issue that kept our DAC from being able to initialize the box. It should be good now.”
She walks off down the hallway.
I whisper sideways to him “Merry Christmas.”
He whispers back, “Thanks dude.”
I don’t wear red just for fun, you know.
Now where’s my cookies!?!
